While our power wheelbarrow service does not require you to know the exact amount of soil you need, having a general idea can be helpful for you when planning and pricing.

If you have any measurements of the area(s) where you are needing soil, this tool can provide you with an idea of how many cubic yards you might need. Enter the following measurements into the calculator:Length (Feet)

During the initial scheduling process, we will provide you with an estimated window of time for your delivery. On the day of your delivery, our driver will call you 30-45 minutes ahead of time before heading your way.
Our drivers make multiple stops each day and the time spent on each job can vary greatly, so we appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
However, If you have a time constraint, or you are needing the delivery to be made within a strict time frame, please communicate your needs to our office as early as possible and we will do our best to work within your schedule.

No, you do not need to be present in order for your delivery or service work to be completed.
While we do encourage our customers to be present and involved to whatever degree they’d like to be, we understand this doesn’t always work out with everyone’s schedule.
If you will not be present during the time of delivery, we kindly request the following:
Notify us during the scheduling process that you will not be present
Provide us with detailed instructions such as notes, pictures, or diagrams of where the soil is needed
Provide Credit Card On-File before your delivery or service work is performed
In Addition to Detailed Notes: Although not required, we strongly recommend that you mark the delivery area(s) either by placing down flags, using marking paint, positioning a tarp, or using any other unique identifier to indicate the area(s) needing topsoil

We understand that every situation is different and might require a closer look to determine whether or not our trucks or equipment will be able to safely and properly deliver topsoil to your desired location. Don’t hesitate to ask us any questions!
Here are some general tips that can help both you and our team when it comes to getting your topsoil in the right spot!
Double-check to make sure your fence opening is at least 36 inches wide if you are needing soil placed in the backyard by the Power Wheelbarrow.
Trim any overgrown shrubs or bushes to the best of your ability to allow our Power Wheelbarrow to access the desired areas for topsoil installation.
Move or put away any loose items that might either obstruct our machine path or our ability to place topsoil in the areas you have indicated.
If you are needing topsoil placed directly into a raised garden bed or retaining wall, please let us know the height of the container beforehand.
If you are needing topsoil installed in an area that currently has another landscaping material such as mulch or rock, we request that you pull back or remove the material prior to our arrival. We can place topsoil on top of existing landscape materials at your request if you do not wish to remove them.

We use two main types of trucks for our deliveries:

Pulverized topsoil is topsoil that has been broken up and screened. This makes the soil easier to work with by hand. This soil works well for nearly any project!
More Info about how the process works: We use a machine called a power screen that grinds up the dirt and then sends it through a final screen before landing in our pile. This is the product that we deliver.
-
Our Organic Topsoil is made up of roughly 70% Pulverized Topsoil and 30% Compost.
What it is used for: This soil is most often used to fill raised garden beds or garden areas, but it can also be used in areas where you are needing to grow grass or lay down sod.
-
Our compost is made from recycled yard waste and yard clippings. The compost is tested and does not contain any harsh chemicals or manure.
What it can be used for: Compost is great for topping off existing garden beds, or for top-dressing over existing soil in the lawn, especially before seeding!
