American Topsoil uses heavy machinery such as dump trucks or power wheelbarrows, etc.

Delivery performed inside the curb line is done solely at the purchaser’s risk.

In order to deliver and install topsoil, we require the designated work areas and delivery sites to be cleaned up and accessible for topsoil installation.

Topsoil placed underneath decks will be subject to an additional charge. The installer will give you a price at the time of delivery before performing the work.

American Topsoil does not remove debris or other landscaping materials such as mulch or rock before placing topsoil at the requested location. If the customer desires to have these materials cleared before topsoil installation, it is the customer’s responsibility to move these materials.

American Topsoil can only spread topsoil at the time of delivery as we load our wheelbarrows directly from our dump truck.

American Topsoil cannot be responsible for soil that washes away as a result of heavy rains or any other weather-related complications.
